SoulTribe Yoga aims to help you create a little space in life for YOU. Space to to breathe, space to move, and space to relax, whilst developing a little strength and flexibility along the way! You can expect to be supported and guided through some meditation, a Hatha yoga sequence, and finally to find a little bliss in relaxation. We take a light-hearted approach, looking to find joy both on the yoga mat and off it. To us, yoga isn’t about achieving the perfect pose, it’s about honouring where you are today, and working with that. So if you want to make a little time to re-connect with yourself and fire up some inner joy, whilst learning some pretty awesome yoga moves, come along to a class today!

12.30 - 1.30pm Pocklington Scout Hut
7pm - 8pm and 8.15 - 9.15pm St John the Baptist Church, Wilberfoss
Pocklington classes are held at the Pocklington Methodist Church (Mondays) and the Scout Hut (Wednesdays).
