About Bexhill Meditation
Heartfulness is a simple, heart-based, yogic technique for relaxation and meditation. It can help achieve a balanced way of living and lead to overall well being. A session lasts for 30 minutes. There is no physical exercise involved, it is done sitting in a chair.
The practice is free of charge.
