How it works

We provide low cost rent to independent therapists and teachers, and in return expect them to provide low cost services to those that hold our Karma cards effectively cutting the market price by up to 50%. That is Low cost yoga, massage, acupuncture, dance, chiropractic, osteopathy, psychotherapy AND SO MUCH MORE, all in the heart of Brighton!

The therapists and teachers will be able to to keep all of the money from the classes or treatments they provide and therefore still make a nice profit. The patients will to have a space where they can come and maintain good health, for an affordable price. As we said It’s all bout Balance!

Who we are

About Balance founders Effie and Hannah met in China where Effie was furthering her already expansive knowledge of Chinese medicine and Hannah was helping to set up an international school. While in China, they spent a lot of time talking about their shared interests in yoga and alternative medicine and the differences between how affordable wellbeing is in Asia Vs the UK. Both were frustrated by the affordability factor in England and the fact that high costs exclude many of the people who could most benefit. When they got back to the UK, they could not resist the opportunity that arose to start something great and good and About Balance was born.
