Would you like to start your yoga journey or perhaps return after an injury or illness? Come and join Claire on the mat for some slow flowing Hatha Yoga where you’ll learn the foundational poses and breathing of yoga. This class will open up the body by stretching and strengthening all the major muscles increasing your flexibility and understanding of your body. Classes will offer a number of variations and props to support you in reaching the goal of the pose and allowing you to decide how much of a challenge you want.
