Misfit Yoga Brighton

We think that yoga can benefit pretty much everybody in some way, and our workshops and classes are designed to give you a route into yoga that suits you. Yoga can be energising or relaxing, easy or challenging, depending how you approach it and what you’re looking to get from it. It can also be funny, especially when you fall over – and even more so when the teacher does!

We have tremendous respect for the spiritual traditions of yoga, but these aren’t generally incorporated into our sessions – no chanting or chakra opening – instead we focus on physical movement and breathing. Our workshops are themed, so you can pick the one that best suits what you’re looking for.
