I am £40.00 for one hour and 15 mins. I will leave you with a different sequence every week which you then practise and feedback the following week.

I trained in London at Yoga Campus in 2012. I’m an ashtanga yoga practitioner of eleven years and can teach ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa and general yoga. I am also intuitive to clients needs and can offer meditation, mindfullness, yoga nidra and other nuggets on spiritual living.
