Fiona is accustomed to teaching to varied levels, ages and abilities, beginners to advanced and encourages the individual student to develop and evolve at their own pace, meeting the needs of their current place of being.
Fiona has a vibrant personality which shines through in classes.
She has explored many forms of yoga over the years but her heart lies with the flowing, organic and often dynamic form of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, though she is never far from her Sivananda roots.
Besides her love of yoga, Fiona is a vegan with a deep passion for dark chocolate, who recently left London for the sunny climate of Eastbourne.
