Yoga-Sadhana

You might prefer to do private classes to learn the foundations of yoga and meditation in a more informal setting than a group class, or for classes tailored specifically to you, your health needs or goals, or to go deeper in your existing practice with one-to-one support and guidance. Private classes can be done in person if you live in or around Eastbourne or on Skype or a mixture of both to suit your circumstances.
