I am British Wheel of Yoga 500Hr Qualified Teacher.
Hatha, Flow, Pregnancy , and Seniors yoga. Mixed Ability classes, groups and 1:2:1.
My classes involve asana (postures) pranayama (breath work) and savasana (relaxation).
I have been teaching for 3 years and practising for 20.
All levels of ability welcome.
