Yoga with Safia

Hatha Yoga for all in Herstmonceux, Hailsham and Eastbourne. I have been facilitating yoga in a variety of venues since 2012, my longest running class being a Let-go-of-the -week 10am Friday session at the beautiful Yoga Life Studio in Eastbourne. (Since the pandemic, this class continues to also be available online via Zoom to those who would prefer not to attend in person). Most classes are gentle, with optional modifications suggested, making yoga available to all and incorporating breath work, energising stretches and relaxation. I have been delivering yoga to a health retreat, a leisure centre, a mental health unit, and a senior citizens group on a regular basis in addition to my own classes in Eastbourne and at Herstmonceux Integrative Health Centre, and Bodle Street Green Village Hall.

I am also running a new occasional workshop: Bollywood Bliss; this is a mix of Bollywood dance and yoga stretches, with the main emphasis being having fun, rather than perfect steps!
