Lisa Powell Yoga

Lisa Powell has been teaching yoga since 2001 and is a senior teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Yoga and meditation have been a part of her life since 1990. Since her initial training at The Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in India she has been influenced by many styles of yoga and many teachers and her sessions reflect this.

Lisa weaves together movement, breath, meditation, self-reflection and deep relaxation to take you on a journey to the light within.

Currently Lisa is teaching online using Zoom. She hosts live classes and recorded class and offers either a monthly (£32) or weekly (£10) membership.
