About Yoga 1066

1-1 Yoga sessions and Small Yoga sessions suitable for all, facilitated by Yoga 1066 in the Hastings and St Leonard’s area. Sue Palmer (Yoga 1066) studied Yoga to a level 4 Diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga and completed this in May 2016 and has been teaching Yoga since 2014 and practising Yoga for several years.

Sue is fully insured to teach groups and individuals through the British Wheel of Yoga.

Yoga is for anyone and all are welcome, male or female, young or old, active or not so active, Yoga can help an individual take time out from their day to day concerns

Benefits of yoga include:

  • Improved efficiency of lungs and cardio-vascular system
  • Improved posture, flexibility and strength
  • Improved concentration
  • Enhanced feeling of well-being
  • Better quality sleep
  • Reduction of anxiety and depression

Sue teaches yoga holistically and working with the breath, postures and relaxation.

Sue has lived in Hastings all her life. As well as doing yoga Sue also enjoys running.
