About Anna Brook Yoga

I began practising yoga 10 years ago with a two year training with Edward Clark of Tripsichore, London. This was predominantly in Ashtanga Vinyasa. I have since trained with many of London’s well established teachers in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Dynamic, Jivamukti, Kundalini and Tantra yoga.

I predominantly teach Pregnancy Yoga, Partner Yoga, Hatha and Meditation/Yoga Nidra. I am also a Hypnobirthing practitioner.

I run regular retreats with Sally Parkes Yoga and manage Unity Yoga Studio, Brighton.

I later discovered the powerful benefits of meditation and pranayama which are now firmly part of my practise and inform my teaching.

I offer dynamic classes that help fuse the breath and sequences of postures in a powerful practice, developing strength, flexibility and awareness, as well as detoxifying the system.
The classes also integrate breath work and meditation to explore and quieten the mind, and some classes incorporate music to further deepen the experience.
I am mainly based in Lewes, Brighton and London.
