Location Information
Our studio is based in a cul-de-sac location with plenty of free parking available. We also teach yoga classes and workshops at other venues in UK and abroad.

I joined Sonja’s beginner’s yoga class. I was impressed by the pace of the class and the attention given by the teacher. Each position was explained in full and help was given when required. The atmosphere was relaxing. The venue nice, clean and warm. I would thoroughly recommend this class to others.
I have been attending Sonja’s yoga class for several years now and it has become an important part of my life. Sonja’s style of yoga improves flexibilty and inner strengh but also focuses on mindful awareness. It is completely gentle and Sonja always adapts her yoga to the needs of her students. She demonstrates and explains all asanas which makes it ideal for beginners. The classes are friendly, stimulating and relaxing. Thank you Sonja
Sonja classes offer a space for exercise and reflection. The Wednesday classes have a faster pace, I find I am pushed to challenge my self but always in a very respectful, non- competitive way. I enjoy immensely Sonja’s compassionate, yet pragmatic style.
This calm and convivial class comprises varied and interesting poses along with guided relaxation. Close attention is paid to each individual’s particular physicality and abilities. The best way to spend a Wednesday evening in Lewes!
I have taken Sonjas classes in the past and present and i find her Monday class, soft-yoga, the best for my back problems.
Im so glad i came back to take this class, after a year and a half break, i really needed to sort my back problem out.
Sitting and standing still most of my working day i have pain in my upper back, and always feel a bit stiff.
After only a coule of sessions i have started to feel the benefit and i’m now on my way to a pain free back!
Sonja has a wonderful way with people, a real passion for yoga and the ability to help others connect with themselves through yoga practice. The Wednesday class is a real blessing in an often hectic week.
I have done classes with many yoga teachers over the years and Sonja is up there with the very best. Her classes are very well planned and tailored to meet individual needs according to ability, injury, illness etc. She is warm and friendly and yet highly professional and knowledgeable. I always come away stretched, challenged (in a good way) and deeply relaxed. If I have to miss a class I always regret it and have come to realise I cannot do without my weekly class with Sonja!
