Pregnancy Yoga –
Yoga is one of the best exercises you can do during pregnancy, even if you’ve never done it before. Come and join me for a fun and relaxing hour of yoga which will help ease aches and pains, whilst helping you to remain fit and strong in preparation for labour.
6.15pm every Monday night, block of 6 classes £49.

Hatha Flow Yoga
This class is an hour of energising flowing yoga, which will help you strengthen, tone and increase your flexibility whilst bringing a calmness and focus to your mind. Suitable for beginners.
7.30pm, every Monday night first class just £5.
