Biography:
My name is Caroline,
I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. I am qualified in a variety of Yoga practices which include Hatha, face yoga, Gravity yoga, and Kundalini Yoga.
My path to spirituality led me to Kundalini yoga which I started over 18 years ago, It has transformed my life so it's the path of yoga that I am most passionate about. I practiced Kundalini yoga regularly, and quite quickly noticed significant changes in my life. I became calmer, more peaceful, and more content.
It is so much more than just physical postures, it is the “yoga of awareness” and technology for improving consciousness, so crucial to those on the spiritual path.
So how does it work and why does it work so quickly?! The combination of kriyas (physical postures), breath work, mudras, mind focus, meditation, mantra, energy work, and relaxation serves to help us clear our fears, blocks, and limitations, and elevate our vibration and awareness to a whole new level. It can very quickly provide the leverage we are seeking to clear unconscious patterns and behavior and consequently raise our vibration in a way that allows us to connect more fully and completely to our infinite selves and true potential.
I wanted everyone to know about the amazing transformation I had experienced through Kundalini yoga. Fast forward to 2018, I finally quit my job, travelled to Bali, and completed
my training to become a Kundalini yoga teacher. I never looked back. Since then, I have worked with women from many different backgrounds, showing them how to harness the life-changing power of this transformative yoga practice.
I teach Kundalini Yoga in group classes, and one-to-one classes, online on Zoom and in person.

My classes are designed to help you to awaken the dormant energy within you, shift the blocks of the past, and bring balance to your mind, body, and soul so you connect to your higher self and awaken who you truly are.
In the class, we will practice
Asana: body postures
Mudras: hand positions
Pranayama: breathwork
Mantras: intentional, repeated sounds
Bandhas: constriction of a particular area of the body
Drishti: directing the gaze of the eyes
Shivasana: Deep relaxation at the end of practice
