I am currently offering online classes for those who feel more comfortable at home, with the convenience of being able to join from anywhere! The added benefit is being able to join multiple classes in a week for a fixed price.

There are also limited places in face to face classes with social distancing measures in place.

Hatha yoga is suitable for all levels of ability and experience. With a focus on connecting the mind to the breath and the body, this is a mental as well as physical practice. Helping to release muscular tension and increase strength and mobility as well as calming the mind.

I also offer 1-2-1 yoga sessions to fit your own schedule and focus on specific requirements.
