Transformation Hatha Yoga is a gentle form of yoga and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. It can be deeply healing for the body and mind and helps people of all ages and levels of fitness to find greater peace and harmony through the use of the breath, Asanas and postural awareness. This form of Yoga aims to help you love and accept yourself and achieve your full potential. Each class ends in a deep relaxation which helps you to assimilate the benefits of the Asanas and to experience inner Peace.
Stage 1: Suitable for everyone, including beginners.
Stage 2: For those who have practised Stage 1 and would like to deepen their practice.
