Transformation Hatha Yoga and Relaxation is a gentle form of yoga and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. It can be deeply healing for the body and mind and helps people of all ages and levels of fitness to find greater peace and harmony through the use of the breath, Asanas and postural awareness. This form of Yoga aims to help you love and accept yourself and achieve your full potential. Each class ends in a deep relaxation which helps you to assimilate the benefits of the Asanas and to experience inner Peace.
I currently run two classes on Tuesdays - a morning and evening class:
10am - 11.30 at St James' Trust, Seaford, East Sussex
6.30pm - 8.00pm at Bishopstone Village Hall
I also run an ongoing Pregnancy yoga class in Lewes on Mondays:
11am - 12.15pm at the Subud Centre, Station Street, Lewes BN7 2DB
Stage 1: Suitable for everyone, including beginners.
Stage 2: For those who have practised Stage 1 and would like to deepen their practice.
Ante natal yoga: A gentle pregnancy yoga for women at 17 weeks pregnant or more. In Lewes
