I offer classes in St Leonards & Hastings for varied abilities.
I predominantly teach Vinyasa Flow with Hatha based techniques. I am best known for my early morning classes which are mostly outdoors in the summer months.
I like to challenge students to exceed their expectations whilst respecting the body’s limits and encourage acceptance of who we are - both in body and mind. Our main focus is on the breath to create steadiness and ease.
I have practiced yoga for 10 years and received my 200hr teacher training certificate in India in March 2017.
I trained in both Ashtanga and Hatha and my training and learning as both a teacher and student is ongoing.
