My classes introduce children to Yoga in a fun way and include poses, stretching exercises and games to promote strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
Children’s Yoga is an ideal activity to help with balance, breath awareness, confidence and co-ordination that may be affected as children experience growth and development.
At the end of the class there will also be time for relaxation.
I have qualified in teaching “Calm for Kids” Yoga and fully Insured along with full DBS Disclosure. I currently visit Nurseries, pre-schools, run regular clubs at schools and hold private classes in the local area.
