My classes involve working with movements of body and breath with periods of rest. I run weekly classes and teach on one to one basis in Brentwood, Essex.
Our practice is beyond making shapes even though it very much looks like that most of the time. When we take away the notion of constructing shapes, we begin to notice a sense of wholeness which translates into a quality of being, instead of the quantity of doing. Yoga deals with our totality, guiding us towards that sense of wholeness and integration with ourselves and with our surroundings.
