Yoga with Gayatri

British Wheel of Yoga trained, I am inspired by the Satyananda Yoga tradition, using a gentle, meditative style which includes, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing practices), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and meditation.

Class sizes are limited to 7 students and are run from The Yoga Space, a purpose built space dedicated to the practice of Yoga and Sound Healing.
