My name is Laura Wyatt, I'm a yoga teacher and wellbeing coach from Nayland near Colchester.
I predominantly teach one to one health and wellbeing sessions - working with my clients on their physical and mental health and wellbeing through yoga and meditation.
I also regularly host retreat days throughout the summer for groups of people who are looking to relax, reset and re-energise.
My one to one coaching includes guidance on yoga, meditation and nutrition, and I can help you work towards your health and wellbeing goals through a well structured and inspiring course of coaching sessions. Private coaching sessions are booked in blocks of 6 weeks, with discounts available for 12 and 24 week courses.
The summer day retreats are a perfect opportunity to release and unwind after a busy week. To refocus your intentions, to remind yourself to look after yourself, and to spend some time with some like minded souls.
Day retreats are completely free for my one to one clients, or £38 for the day for anyone else. Day retreats include yoga, meditation, a nutritious lunch, a walk through the gorgeous natural beauty of the Dedham Vale, and a guided relaxation.
From time to time I also host family days and special sessions for kids and teenagers, so keep an eye out for those too.
