About Freestyle Fitness Yoga Harwich and Weeley
Freestyle Fitness Yoga has taken traditional yoga postures and fine tuned them using the latest fitness research. The emphasis is on anatomical alignment and educating people how to correctly load postures so muscles are worked and joints are protected. The result is a mindful relaxed state with all the benefits of a fitness workout. The classes are chherful and fun and let you make it an easier or more challenging workout as you progress at your own pace. Private sessions are also available by appointment.

As well as holding various fitness, motivation and anatomy qualifications Jessica is a fully qualified Freestyle Fitness Yoga instructor, specialising in Core Stability and Torso Training to level 3. She is commited to a spiritual practice of Kundalini Yoga and shamanism.
