RYT200 with Yoga Alliance and BWY-Diploma with British Wheel of Yoga qualified.

I run three weekly classes.

Two are held at Tokei Martial Arts and Fitness Centre close to London Bridge tube station.

Wednesday evenings, 60 minutes from 7pm
Thursday mornings, 45 minutes from 7.45am

£10 per class to drop-in and various membership options are also available.

One is held at the Small Hall part of the Kelvedon Institute in the village of Kelvedon just outside Colchester, Essex (commencing 10 Sept 2016).

Saturday morning, 75 minutes from 9am
£10 per class to drop-in and class cards are also available.

I am available for group classes, small private classes and one to one sessions.
