We offer group Yoga classes for beginners, intermediate & advanced levels as well as individual on a one – one basis specifically designed to cater for your requirements.

I went to this class last friday, enjoyed every minute of the yoga & I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for authentic ways of practising yoga. Mina is an exceptional teacher & made me feel very comfortable in the class as a newbie.
