About Andy J Nathan – Coaching | Yoga & Meditation | Breathwork

An introduction to working with me through yoga & meditation, private and group coaching and also breathwork. I work with individuals, companies and private fitness groups and am also a regular contributor to a number of print and online wellness publications.

I am a senior yoga teacher and have experience of teaching across a diverse population of adults over a number of years.

I love seeing how these practices enable you to open up, express yourself, enjoy happiness, be yourself and achieve what you want.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow would suit experienced yogis who enjoy a strong yoga practice that ticks all the boxes in an energetic, strong physical practice with elements of philosophy to provide inspiration and offer prompts for insight. A great class to work hard, get stronger, feel great and end up deeply relaxed.

Yoga Flow
will keep you challenged and focused with a slower pace and less emphasis on it being a real ‘workout’ with elements of philosophy to provide inspiration and offer prompts for insight. Experience of flowing yoga postures relevant. A great chance to connect to a really friendly and relaxed community of normal people who love how yoga makes them feel and helps them deal with life with more balance, less stress and a whole lot more relaxation.

Yoga for the Beginners' Mind;
This class is suitable for all levels including new to yoga and those returning from injury and will involve functional movement working on strength, flexibility, balance, focus and more. Reduce aches and pains, learn to de-stress and calm the busy and carve out time for you. Not suitable for pregnancy.

Restore Yourself Monthly Classes –

Often regarded as an advanced practice because it's a whole class of deep relaxation! To bring your mind and body back into harmony through learning how supported, relaxing shapes can create a deep sense of relief, release and rest. A quiet class which is the perfect complement to a busy lifestyle = an excellent antidote to stress.

All yoga props must be supplied by participants. Limited class sized due to current restrictions

Private Coaching sessions;
I will help you understand why you are the way you are firstly. I will also help you to reframe this perspective to see yourself differently, through new eyes (imagine if you truly believed in yourself and your life’s purpose?!), help you cultivate boundaries and relationships that really honour your life’s journey, your own values and beliefs, and your dreams about what you want your life to be like.

Group Coaching - Rewire

This is for people who are already familiar with self development tools, and who are seeking education and are ready to explore topics that typically keep people stuck in a group setting that will be helpful in your life. The key benefit of Rewire is that you learn that you aren’t alone in your struggles and over time the benefits of community will appear! This is an affordable sufficient way of helping your mindset, as an alternative to seeing a coach like myself on a 1-1 basis.

Breathwork Private Sessions

As a modality can literally shift many layers of emotions, patterns and blockages from your body and mind in a single session. I’ve seen miracles in my own personal life as a result of this work. The breath is for me, one ofTHE most fundamental tools you can use to access your greatest potential, to create energy or calm yourself down, to function under stress, to move beyond pain, and to feel genuinely safe and secure in your body, mind and life.

Corporate classes - Yoga/Meditation/Breathwork/Coaching/Team Building –

These classes are specifically designed in collaboration with the individual business’s needs and goals. Limited availability. These classes will take place at customer site. All mats and props may be provided upon request.

The classes I teach are very much influenced by my life experience and years of yoga practice. My intention is to teach yoga practices in a relaxed and interesting way to educate, inspire and uplift students.

Over the years I have also studied Buddhist and yogic meditation over many years, and I write about and teach practical mindfulness in daily life. My background before yoga was desk-bound for many years so I’m well-versed with the ‘not being flexible enough’ thing.

Andy teaches with passion and from the heart. Be prepared to work hard, in return you will get plenty of encouragement and a great sound track! I particularly like Andy’s choice of Mantras and he is great at hands on assists. You couldn’t ask for a better teacher.
