I teach beginners yoga, relaxation and breathing techniques to reduce stress, help with lack of sleep and gain more energy. I also bring my health coaching / nutrition experience to the practice.

Monday evenings in a park in Benfleet 7.30-8.30pm
Tuesday mornings in a hall in Benfleet 9.30am-10.30am
Wednesday evenings on Zoom 8pm-9pm
