About Stacie Kinchin Health & Wellness

My yoga classes are suitable for absolute beginners through to intermediate students. All classes include relaxation and breathing techniques to help reduce stress and gain more energy. I also teach The Science of Stretching: Yoga for Flexibility. Suitable for all ages and abilities from those who sit down at a desk all day through to those who do lots of exercise (CrossFit, marathon running, cycling, etc) and would like to improve their performance. This is for you! I run monthly Sound Bath Evenings, and Transformational Breath Workshops in collaboration with other experienced therapists.

My regular group classes:

Tuesday mornings, Benfleet 9.30am-10.30am

Wednesday evenings, Benfleet, 8pm-9pm

Thursday mornings, Benfleet 9.30am-10.30am

Sunday mornings, via Zoom 10am-10.45am

Love my weekly yoga fix with Stacie. She’s forever patient and encouraging and works to the ability of everyone in the group. Always have my best sleep of the week after class!

I love my sessions with Stacie, she has an amazing ability to mix mindfulness with strength. My weekly class with her challenges me physically and heals mentally with lessons and advice that I use through the week. She adapts each pose to include all skill levels and encourages you to push that little bit further through encouragement.

As a regular on her Tuesday morning class, I truly enjoy the flow and smooth combinations of Stacie’s yoga routine. I leave every week feeling strong and relaxed. Great instructor. Would highly recommend, but don’t take my spot on a Tuesday!

Stacie is a fabulous yoga teacher. She gives clear instructions for every stretch and pose. She gets you in the moment and that hour is my weekly sanctuary in her class. Im really glad i found her classe as she has really helped me mentally and physically. Thank you Stacie

I have been lucky enough through Stacie find another novice like me to start my yoga journey m. The dedicated time she has patiently given has now led to me being confident enough to join her classes. For me being able to be taught by someone who not only knows her stuff about yoga but can make you smile and laugh while doing it is a gift!

Would highly recommend Stacie for Yoga. I had always wanted to do yoga and never got around to it, then i started a course and never looked back! She is so friendly and love the way shes teaches! Each pose is never an issue, she makes it so easy to do!
