Tiptree resident and British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Zoe Smith has been offering Yoga class in Colchester surrounding villages since 2013, now running a holistic studio in Tiptree, promoting wellbeing to everyone in the community!

She continues to educate herself in yoga and other energy healing therapies, and this inspires her teaching. Her classes promote wellbeing, incorporating healthy breathing, alignment and balanced energy flow.

If we can control the breath, the mind will follow, our breathing techniques are an invaluable tool in our toolbox for life!

Zoe teaches mixed ability hatha yoga, gentle hatha, chair yoga & speacialist cancer care yoga in a beautiful holistic studio in Tiptree, encouraging students to ‘Shine out from the inside’ and inviting them to courageously and skilfully explore the boundaries of their perceived limitations. You will leave her classes feeling empowered and renewed.

What is Chair Yoga?
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, often the poses, are adaptations of hatha yoga poses, it is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.
Chair yoga classes are suitable where mobility is limited and a standard yoga class would not be appropriate. It is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available.

Highly beneficial for people with limited mobility or minor injury, hypertension (high blood pressure), anxiety, ME, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, vertigo (medical), multiple sclerosis, Osteoporosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, clinical depression, and chronic pain.
