My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, breath and mind through the practice of yoga. I’m here to help you to build strength, improve fitness, become more flexible and give you the tools to ease the stress of everyday life.
In my classes I teach Ashtanga yoga, a traditional form of yoga that focuses on a series of linked postures synchronised with the breath. This creates an energetic and invigorating routine that warms, detoxifies and cleanses the body and mind.
I am all too aware that Ashtanga can seem intimidating to some. So, my classes focus on keeping the practice simple, fun and accessible for yogis of all abilities, providing variations to suit you.
