About Yoga-in

With family, work and everything else going on – getting yoga in your life can bring real benefits to you – helping relaxation and sleep, reducing stress and increasing flexibility and vitality.

We have a range of day & evening classes with flexible Class Pass, which allows you to move between classes to suit your life. We also run workshops, plus offer private lessons for 1:1, small groups, workplace & service-users wellbeing programmes and schools.

Yoga-in has a small yet growing team of trusted and authentic yoga teachers and students teachers. We are passionate about teaching the ancient art of yoga combined with current scientific studies. We believe Yoga moves beyond just physical poses. Through flowing movements, directed breathing, visualisation, deep relaxations and at times meditation, yoga work to rebalance all the many layers of our being. The result you’ll feel fantastic, creating a sense of calm & relaxation while improving fitness & flexibility and unroll your potential in all areas of your life.

I have been attending these classes for the last 6 months and they are fantastic, the classes are friendly and suit all abilities and ages. Since going I have seen real a difference in my flexibility, strength and general wellbeing. I would definately recommend anyone thinking about joining to come and give it a go you won’t be disappointed, you will have a great time, get fit and make lots of new friends.

A great teacher who gets everyone to do what they can while encouraging them to push & progress that little bit further. The class always makes me feel better both physically & mentally.
