I would recommend this yoga class. There is a good mixture of stretching, balance and core stability work. Karen encourages us to work to what we feel is right for us on the day. I have improved in all areas since I have started this class and enjoy going.
Very competent and pleasant teacher. Classes are designed to suit all levels of ability and individual feelings on the day. My husband has ‘bad knees’ and Karen’s yoga has helped tremendously; and I find myself standing taller, straighter and stronger. I’d totally recommend these classes for strength and calmness
Excellent class tailored to individual needs. Just challenging enough to feel like a good workout with the calmness that is needed in a yoga class!
Lovely environment, never want the meditation at the end to finish.
Totally laid back and enjoyable class, where nobody takes their skills seriously and we all have a laugh.
The activity part of the class runs for about 50 minutes followed by a 10 minutes of cool down and relaxation and you always leave the class feeling satisfied with your effort.
It’s a great way to have a workout and a laugh.
