About Core Yoga

Focusing on the needs of each individual, general classes incorporate asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation to feel energised yet peaceful, strong yet flexible, benefiting overall health.

Yoga days are sometimes available to cover certain topics in more depth e.g. meditation, inversions and chakras.

Pregnancy yoga uses gentle asana, breathing exercises and relaxation to help you enjoy your pregnancy, bond with baby and have a positive birth experience.

Private individual or group sessions also available.

Please contact Rebecca for more information, to book a place, or for directions to venues.

I attended the classes from when I was 12 weeks pregnant, I found them to be very beneficial, they taught be how to take out, relax and the breathing exercises were brilliant. The pelvic floor exercises were a huge help too.
I would highly recommend these classes to everyone, I had no previous yoga experience but the stretching was easier than I was expecting.

After making a New Year’s resolution 2 years ago, I have attended Core Yoga ever since and love it! Rebecca has taught me how to use yoga techniques in daily life, which I have found particularly helpful… Read more »

The best birth prep I had. I took the prenatal yoga classes and found them to be so relaxing and helpful. Although I had to have an unavoidable emergency c section I still found that Rebecca’s teachings helped me come to terms with the situation. I would attend the general yoga classes if it was nearer.

The pregnancy classes really helped me manage a difficult pregnancy and gave me some really good and useful tips for labour which I really believe helped me have a very positive experience. I enjoyed the classes and Rebecca is an excellant teacher and I look forward to joining her regular classes.
