In these traditional Hatha yoga classes we will be working with physical postures (asana) and simple breathing practices to open and strengthen the body without strain.
As we release tension we increase mobility, improve posture and release the flow vitality as a source of well-being. As we synchronise movement and breath, the mind becomes absorbed and settles in the moment, like turbulent waters stilling. We conclude the practice with a relaxation practice.
