About Yoga with Janet
A class to gift yourself the space to stretch, explore, breath and relax. All are welcome to the class. I run a drop in session, so you can come along when you can make it! Time is taken to look at the structure of poses and how they feel for you. Find your own limits and explore the sense of working beyond this and easing off as you feel is right for you. With gentle exploration and regular yoga practice you can find your own sense of balance and harmony within your practice and take this into your everyday life.
