Dru Yoga classes at the Manor Hall in Coalpit Heath, Alveston Youth Centre and Rangeworthy Village Hall and online too!
Manor Hall – Mondays 6.30pm-7.45pm and 8.00pm-9.15pm
Online – Tuesdays 6.15pm-7.30pm
Rangeworthy Village Hall – Wednesdays 9.45am-11.00am and 6.00pm-7.15pm; Thursdays 7.45pm-9.00pm
Alveston Youth Centre – Thursdays 9.45am-11.00am
Dru is a gentle, flowing form of yoga, suitable for all ages and body types – the aim is for you to get the most you possibly can from the class, rather than trying to bend yourself into shapes your body was not made to achieve (every one of us is different, so Dru Yoga recognises this and a modification or alternative posture can usually be recommended).
Classes are suitable for beginners.

Classes are £6.50 each on a “pay as you go” basis for the first class. Term basis after this

A lovely class that always makes me feel better no matter what mood I’m in when I start. I love the combination of activations at the start and then sequences with specific aims that can be energetic or calming. Relaxation at the end is an added bonus, although I have been known to fall asleep during this!!
