Weekly hatha yoga classes: Mondays 9.15am – 10.45am, Wednesdays 7.30pm – 9pm, Thursdays 9.30am – 10.30am. Currently online on Zoom (or recording s available), returning to halls for some classes in Barnet in 2022.
Join our Morning Bytes breathing and meditation group, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8.30am for 15 mins to start your day and help you establish a regular practice, with recording included.
Free taster for all yoga and meditation classes.
