I offer a calm space where you can begin to really connect with your body.
My classes are based on Hatha yoga with a focus on feeling and reconnecting with the body through alignment and the breath. Classes will help you gain strength and flexibility. You'll finish the class feeling taller and lighter.
I teach all levels, so everyone is welcome, whether you're a newbie or you've been glued to your yoga mat for years.
Private classes and small group sessions allow me to collaborate with you to meet your needs. I can dedicate more time to each student, getting to know you better. Classes go at your pace and are focused on your goals.
