We offer Baby Massage and Baby Yoga Courses all over North and North West London in baby and mummy Yoga. 5 week course includes our post natal yoga stretches for mums, Dry massage warm up for babies and then a baby yoga routine designed to help babies improve their muscle tone, co-ordination and balance. We work on enhancing baby's neural development by using specific moves that engage both sides of baby's brain. Classes are small, intimate and babyled so mums can relax, have fun, stretch and enjoy time with their babies.
