Lydia has practiced yoga for over 15 years. She did two yoga training programmes in India and continues to learn from her Indian Teacher. She is accredited in Yoga Alliance as Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500 (E-RYT500). She has taught people of different ages, from the east to the west with patience, caring and anatomical knowledges.
Her practice is traditional Hatha Yoga. The practice in class is a movement and posture based mindfulness practice. We explore Asana(posture practice) and pranayama(breathing exercise) addressing different themes from our daily lives. Through the practice, we build strength and mobility both physically and emotionally, using yoga in its fuller sense as a holistic way to live and attiude towards life.
