Zen adult and children yoga classes

Children’s classes for toddlers up to 12 years of age. Fun and engaging! Classes incorporate postures, games, breathing and relaxation.

Zen yoga for adults- working a lot with the body’s energy channels to open and release physical and emotional blockages. Classes are gently yet challenging enabling you to become intone with your body, heal, let go and have fun.
