one-to-one private yoga

I specialise in the therapeutic application of yoga and also offer private one-to-one yoga for general health and well-being. I am BWY qualified and also hold senior teacher status (the highest recognised standard) with Yoga Alliance. I run courses for the BWY and also have a Reiki and EFT private practice.
