Julia is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (RYT 500) and dedicated meditator. Her teaching styles inspired by Hatha yoga and Ienger yoga traditions.
Her yoga and meditation journey started in 2007, when she started practicing Hatha yoga and attended several yoga workshops and retreats. In 2013 Julia finished her first 200 hours Teacher training and was teaching ever since.
Before coming to London, Julia have been teaching in Vaxjo, Sweden where she founded her own AUM yoga studio. In parallel to teaching, Julia participated in several Meditation retreats with Buddhist monks and several Vipassana 10 days silent meditation courses.
In 2018 Julia finished her second 300 hours Yoga alliance certified advanced yoga teacher trainings in Siem Reap, Cambodia with Mahamukti yoga school.
In her teaching, Julia focuses on the mindfulness of the move, attention to every student and building gradual progress.
