Monday: 0930-1100 Hatha Yoga (General Class)
Monday 11-12pm Breathing and Chanting (Pranayama)
Tuesday: 0930-1100 Over 60s Yoga
Wednesday 0930-1100 Prenatal Yoga
Thursday: 09.30-1100 General Class 1130-1300 Postnatal Yoga
Various times available for private classes until 315pm Mon-Thu either in my yoga studio or in your home if in N12, N3 or N20

Have been interested in yoga for a while, tried various classes but couldnt quite get it. Julia is patient and explains everything. Classes are small and non competitive oh and of course great fun!!
I had never done yoga before coming to Julia. I now love my regular Thursday class and feel that is has made a real difference to my strength and fexibility. I feel relaxed and ready for the day at the end of the class.

It is years since I practiced yoga with a teacher. I restarted with Julia about 2 years ago. Julia seems to have an understanding of how the body works and she explains all the moves she gives youinstructions in some detail. Breathing is critical and if you have a need such as immobility, age and in some cases in the class pregnancy, she will know what to do, I am 70 and do not feel it. I would not be without my weekly yoga with Julia.
After a car accident I went to yoga with Julia for rehabilitation. She worked with me extensively over a number of months to help me recover and gave me exercises that I could practice at home. It really helped my recovery. She is gentle, experienced and patient.
