GENERAL YOGA
The style of yoga is ‘hatha’. It includes breathing techniques, yoga postures, flowing sequences, meditation and relaxation. Tues 9.30 – 11.00 & 6.15 – 7.45 NW11, Thursday 9.30 – 10. 30
PREGNANCY YOGA
Suitable from 3 months to delivery.  Learn invaluable specialised yoga practices including breathing techniques, physical postures, relaxation and meditation, to build strength, stamina and wellbeing and to offer a variety of support  through each stage of pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. One to ones also available. Tuesdays 8.00 – 9.30 pm NW11
POSTNATAL YOGA WITH BABY
Suitable from 4 weeks. Get fit & meet other mums locally in a relaxed atmosphere with your baby. Numbers limited to 8 mums. Learn highly effective focussed exercises to strengthen core muscles, energise and re- align and tone your body. Release tension, relax and generally speed up your recovery process. And /or arrange a bespoke One to one yoga suitable from one week post birth.Â
Tues 11.15 am – 12.30 pm (1 – 6 months) &
Wed 9.30 am – 10. 30 am (7 – 10 months)

MELLOW YOGA FOR ALL AGES
Open to seekers of mellow yoga of all ages. Mature students very welcome. Practice targeted exercises safely. Increase energy levels, fitness and immunity, improve joint flexibility and enhance your overall mental and physical wellbeing. Includes gentle and effective breathing stretching, relaxation and meditation. Less active participants can do all exercises sitting in a chair. Thursdays 11.00 am – 12.00 Alyth Gardens NW11
SUNDAY MORNING WORKSHOPS
These highly enjoyable Sunday morning workshops offer the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in a great three hours of yoga. Informative and practical in approach. These are mixed level workshops, suitable for newcomers and those with experience. Limited to 8 participants. Sun mornings 10.00 – 12.30 pm. Home Studio NW11. £35
ONE-TO-ONE AND PRIVATE CLASSES
For beginners to advanced yoga students, tailored to personal requirements. Includes: pregnancy and postnatal yoga, yoga for active ageing, beginners, advanced, dynamic, gentle, yin, and restorative yoga, chair based yoga and yoga adapted for the office,  yoga targeted to support recovery from illness/injury, cancer, stress, insomnia & mental health issues. She teaches breathing, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. I attend MaxineYoga weekly! Her beginner/gentle class and her Hatha yoga classes are wonderful. They are the highlight of my week!
