Tanya is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher who has completed the BWY Level 4 Diploma, 500hrs. She also recently completed John Scott Asthtanga Vinyasa Yoga 200 hrs and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Tanya been practising yoga for over 18 years and has developed her style through learning many different approaches to yoga. Tanya has practised many forms of yoga over the years such as Anusara, Jivamutki and Forest Yoga, however the last 6 years have been dedicated to a regular Ashtanga Yoga practise and she attends workshops with John Scott and her teacher Scott Johnson. Tanya’s teaches Dynamic Hatha and Asthtanga Vinyasa Yoga and her focus is on alignment, transitions and helping students to relax and connect to their breath. Tanya adapts her teaching to the student so they can develop to the best of their ability. Her classes are dynamic and fun and are aimed at all levels including beginners.
