Air-Yoga Studio

Air-Yoga Studio was founded by Kirsty Apicella an ex Acrobat turned Yoga and Pilates Teacher who wanted to offer a timetable of Yoga and Pilates Classes to local people in South Woodford.

You can purchase class passes at the studio allowing a flexible approach to training. All classes are designed to help strengthen the core, improve flexibility and taught in a safe environment to help a variety of physiological problems and to help with injury prevention.
