Namaste.
I received my Yoga Teacher Training in the Ananda Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Centre in Nepal at the foothills of the Himalayas. I have been on many courses around the world after that, including Goa, Italy, Spain and Egypt with some fantastic teachers. I have also been a Yoga Teacher for Greenwich Leisure Ltd for 8 years working in Leisure Centres within East London. I am registered with the UK Register of Exercise Professionals as an advanced Level 3 Yoga Instructor.
