Hatha yoga small groups

Hatha yoga classes in a small studio, on Tuesdays 7.15 – 8.15 pm.

Come to invigorate and restore your mind and body, gentle classes focusing on connecting breath and movement, with relaxation to aid relieving the stress of everyday life.

Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Cost – £8 drop in, £35 for a 5 week course. Please book in advance, course need to be prepaid. I cannot offer refunds for missed classes.
