Kim Sellis Yoga

I am a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, currently based in West London. I pride myself on making classes approachable and dare I say fun. There are modifications to suit everyone’s different anatomy and I recommend using props to make the practice more comfortable. Many people have asked me what type of yoga I teach and my honest answer is always “a bit of everything”. I like to teach a dynamic vinyasa flow concentrating on proper alignment, but I also know the benefits of holding poses to promote breath and adding a bit of strength moves into the practice. So I am not one type of yoga, but a bit of everything combined. I also like to promote deep breathing and bits of meditation in my classes.

I teach beginners, intermediates, group lessons, private sessions, corporate classes, and in fitness centres.
